The views on the mountains were great. and it was a bit foggy, so the sun wasn't bad. I passed under the Appalachian Trail, which also goes right through Hot Springs.
At 9am I stopped for breakfast at a diner/cafeteria. I got french toast, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, grits, and OJ. They looked at me kind of funny, but I'm getting used to that. It was a good little meal for $7. and it gave me the breakfast belly. my organs have to go somewhere.
then back to the road...
